Phase2 is seeking a goal-oriented and naturally entrepreneurial individual to join our sales team. The successful candidate will love to learn, be passionate about sales, and communicate effectively in writing, over the phone, and in-person as the situation requires. This position has advancement potential within the sales organization. Preference will be given to candidates who sit in the Portland, OR area or on the West Coast.
This role generates and cultivates new business opportunities through an approach that focuses on creating client relationships and speaking to individual organizational needs. Following our process, these opportunities transition to our sales execs on the way to becoming new accounts for Phase2. The role requires tight coordination with a senior member of the sales team, and will include a variety of tasks associated with researching, relationship building, proposal development, and prospecting.
