Phase2 is seeking an experienced, dynamic, motivated Business Development professional to help us build and grow the Phase2 sales team, find and win business, and build high value accounts by selling Phase2 services. You will be responsible for owning a piece of the Phase2 portfolio and will build business through outreach campaigns as well as through leads from inbound marketing efforts. This position will also build business within existing client accounts. This is a customer-facing, revenue-accountable role, but also a management position where you may have direct reports.
You thrive on building strength and predictability within the sales organization, but also in winning new business and actively creating new opportunities. You work collaboratively with other team members, and have responsibility for mentoring and coaching your direct reports within the sales team.
